Packing Tips
Plan what you may need last first so that you don't need to go back and look for something whilst packing. Consider what you may need to take with you. If you have children don't pack all their treasures until the last moment , have on hand essential items and items to keep them occupied . Pack to a system start on the least used items in the house well before the deadline for the relocation. set aside a room or area to house the packed boxes. If you think you may require a item prior to completion of packing don't pack it. If in doubt leave it out. You will no doubt have a box of bits and pieces right at the end that's fine . Pack and consider the unpacking, What I mean here is consider a 18 hour day and all you want to do is go to sleep, the relocation specialist truck has just left , be able to find the boxes that you need there and then eg. bed linen , clothes or even the coffee for the morning. It can save you grief after a long and tiring day. Note ..Consider your partner when packing . Moving is extremely stressful even in the best relationships . Try and pack together so you are both aware of what items are where. If your partner has a special part of the house I suggest you let them pack it. Oh...Here's a tip use this time to eliminate all unwanted clutter and item of no further use. Have the garage sale . donate items to worthy causes or just put in the trash.
